Terms of use and sale

Last updated: 6 October 2026.

By using Denhold, you accept these terms. The terms of sale apply to the Pro subscription.

The service

Denhold is a hosted admin panel for WARDOGS servers, with public statistics pages, published by François Pansera (EI). Denhold is not affiliated with the WARDOGS publisher.

Account

Access is via Steam sign-in. You are responsible for the use of your account and for the actions taken on the servers you administer.

Plans and prices

Denhold offers a free plan (one active server) and a Pro plan by subscription, taken by an organization's owner for the whole team.

The content and price of each plan are shown on the Pricing page at the time of subscription. Prices in euros, all taxes included; VAT not applicable, article 293 B of the French General Tax Code.

A free trial of the Pro plan may be offered, with no payment method: its length and the number of servers allowed are shown when it starts, once per community and per owner account. When it ends, without a subscription, the community goes back to the free plan, with the same effects as a cancellation.

Subscription and payment

You subscribe from the panel. Payment is by card on Stripe's secure page. The Pro plan is activated as soon as payment is confirmed.

An invoice is issued for each payment and remains available in the customer portal.

Term, renewal and number of servers

The subscription is monthly and renews automatically at each due date, at the current price.

You can change the number of servers at any time from the panel: an addition is charged pro rata for the current period, a reduction is credited on the next invoice.

A price change is announced at least 30 days before it applies; you can cancel before then.

If a payment fails, Stripe retries for a few days; without payment, the subscription ends and the organization goes back to the free plan.

Cancelling the subscription

No commitment: you cancel at any time from the customer portal. The Pro plan stays active until the end of the paid period, with no refund for the current period (except withdrawal, below).

After that, servers beyond the first are paused, the community page stays online for 90 days with its stats frozen, and Pro plan data is deleted after 90 days. Subscribing again before then brings everything back.

Right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer, you have 14 days from subscription to withdraw, without giving a reason: write to francois.pansera@gmail.com (any clear message, or the model withdrawal form).

Denhold goes beyond the legal minimum: the first payment is refunded in full, even if you have already used the Pro plan, within 14 days of your request, to the payment method used.

Communities' responsibility

Each community is responsible for how it uses Denhold on its servers and for the processing of its players' data (sanctions, messages, monitoring). You undertake to use the service lawfully and in line with the game's rules.

Availability and liability

The service is provided without any guarantee of uninterrupted availability. To the extent permitted by law, the publisher's liability is limited. Denhold acts on servers through their RCON API, at your request.

Account deletion and suspension

You can delete your account at any time; deleting an organization requires cancelling its subscription first. We may suspend access in case of abusive or unlawful use.

Changes to these terms

These terms may change; a significant change is announced at least 30 days in advance. The terms in force on the date of each payment apply.

Complaints and mediation

For any complaint: francois.pansera@gmail.com.

If no amicable solution is found, you can use the consumer mediator free of charge: CM2C (Centre de la Médiation de la Consommation de Conciliateurs de justice), 49 rue de Ponthieu, 75008 Paris, France, www.cm2c.net. The mediator can only be contacted after a written complaint first sent to Denhold.

Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. Failing an amicable agreement, disputes go to the competent courts; if you are a consumer, you may bring the case before the court of your place of residence.
