Free and Pro plans
What each plan includes, and how to pay, change or stop.
Free plan
For one server, with no time limit:
- live dashboard, players, sessions and money earned;
- moderation (messages, kicks, bans, notes, reserved slots);
- anti-ping, players without a team, 50v50 mode, automatic messages;
- Sentinel Steam bans;
- game configuration, monitoring, default roles.
Pro plan
€20 per month with one server, then €5 per month per extra server. It adds:
- several servers;
- kill feed, statistics and match history;
- Sentinel analysis and network;
- public community page;
- server launchers;
- custom roles and Discord webhooks.
Pro trial
The owner can try Pro for free for 14 days, no credit card, with up to 3 active servers: the community’s Subscription screen. Once per community and per account. A banner shows the days left. Going Pro during the trial ends it right away; otherwise, when it ends, the community goes back to the free plan (see below).
Payment and changes
Payment goes through Stripe: Denhold never sees your card. The number of servers is changed in the panel (prorated); cancelling takes effect at the end of the paid period.
When going back to free, servers beyond the first one are paused (you choose which stay active) and the community page stays frozen for 90 days. Come back to Pro before that and everything is still there.
