Team, roles and permissions

Invite

Invitations are personal: you invite a Steam profile, with a role. The person sees it the next time they sign in to the panel; the invitation expires after 30 days.

Owner and roles

A community has a single owner, above everyone; ownership can be transferred. Other members have a role: a set of permissions, with a rank, a colour and an icon.

Four default roles exist and can be edited on every plan:

• super administrator: everything, configuration included;
• administrator: moderation and settings, without the game or community configuration;
• moderator: in-game actions (messages, kicks, temporary bans);
• reader: see without acting.

Rules

Each panel page has its own “view” permission; an action includes the view of its page. You only manage the roles below yours, and never grant a permission you do not have.

Creating or deleting custom roles is part of the Pro plan. Every staff action is recorded in the audit log.
